PETER, THE KNIGHT WITH ASTHMA released!

Just heard from my editor that my new picture book, PETER, THE KNIGHT WITH ASTHMA, was released today. It will be available online and at stores any day now! The story features an imaginative boy who plays at knights and dragons, only to be thwarted by asthma...with help from his doctor, Peter learns how to win against both asthma and those pesky dragons. My son's pediatric pulmonologist wrote an informative afterword for the book. Anthony Lewis, a British illustrator, brings the story into endearing, colorful action. This story has great meaning for me, as my three kids and husband are all asthma sufferers/conquerors. I'm looking forward to sharing the book around Indianapolis and elsewhere in coming months!
