BIG NEWS! I now have an agent!

Today I'm thrilled to report that I have myself an agent!  After 7 years of doing this on my own...including much gnashing of teeth and pulling of hair...I now have a friend in the business.  I've just signed with Kendra Marcus at BookStop Literary Agency.  Kendra is the founding agent in her group and has been at this in the neighborhood of 30 years, dealing exclusively in children's literature.  At last, someone to handle all the publisher/editor research, submissions, contracts, rapid-fire changes in digital publishing, and more that have long kept me from simply writing.  Most of all I am excited to have a partner who believes in my work and can help me make it the best it can be.  Yippee!  As I type, Kendra is already at work pitching a new picture book manuscript.  We shall see...
